These terms govern Dusq’s SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number to Dusq, you agree to these terms.

The Dusq SMS program is operated by Ezymind Nexus, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating under the brand name Dusq, referred to in these terms as “Dusq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
Program Description
Dusq operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of delivering one-time passcodes (OTPs) to users who initiate authentication events (such as logging in or signing up) on the Dusq mobile application or website. Messages are transactional only: no marketing, promotional, or solicitation content is sent through this program.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your mobile phone number into the Dusq mobile application or website during signup, login, or any feature that requires SMS-based verification, and tapping the button that initiates verification (for example, “Send OTP”). Submitting your phone number through one of these flows constitutes your consent to receive SMS messages from Dusq for authentication purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Dusq service. SMS messages are sent each time you initiate an authentication event. We do not send messages outside of these user-initiated events.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages and any associated charges are determined by your wireless carrier. Dusq is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier for receiving SMS messages.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS program at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any SMS message you have received from Dusq. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from Dusq unless you re-initiate authentication through the application.
Opting out will prevent you from completing SMS-based authentication and may affect your ability to log in to the Dusq service.

Supported Carriers
Dusq delivers SMS messages to subscribers of all major United States and Indian wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By participating in the SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Dusq Privacy Policy, available at www.dusq.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Changes to These Terms
Dusq reserves the right to modify these SMS program terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the SMS service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
